The Jor-Mac Company, LLC (Jor-Mac) of Lomira, WI, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Muza Metal Products, LLC (Muza) of Oshkosh, WI. We extend a warm welcome to the employees, customers, and suppliers of Muza as they join the Jor-Mac family. Muza will continue to operate under the same legal entity name of Muza Metal Products, LLC led by President/COO John Kriz and the existing Leadership Team. Tony Cavalco will be CEO of the combined entity working with both the Jor-Mac and Muza Teams.
Jor-Mac is a leading manufacturer of metal fabrication parts and electro-mechanical assemblies for OEMs in industrial automation, back-up power/grid infrastructure, and HVAC sectors. Although Muza primarily serves different customers than Jor-Mac, we share many common markets and similar products.
In recent years, Muza has made significant investments in its workforce and automation technologies; exemplified by its panel bender, new robotic weld cells, and state-of-the-art powder coat paint system. As a metal-based solutions provider, Muza also has a dedicated quick-turn prototype division to support new product development and speed-to-market at the lowest total cost of ownership to its customers.
Our customers will continue to work with the same people at Muza and Jor-Mac as you have in the past.
This strategic acquisition expands Jor-Mac’s net capabilities in operations, engineering, and sales to deliver unparalleled support for its customers. Both locations have significant opportunities to further expand capacity and output to meet the evolving needs of current customers and future target markets. We will be able to further increase our capacity and offer our partners an expanded set of solutions through the synergies that will be gained through this merger of two solid companies.
Jor-Mac looks forward to the opportunities this acquisition brings and is committed to delivering exceptional value and service to its stakeholders.
Thank you for your continued trust and support through the years.
Should you have any questions regarding the changes please feel free to contact Tony Cavalco or John Kriz.
